This flat weight bench is suitable for professional use. It's a very stable bench, ideal for dumbbell presses, flyes, and bench presses (chest, abs, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps). It has a maximum load capacity of 400 kg. The weight bench weighs 15 kg and is black and gray.
