The universal power station offers you multiple ways to target your chest , with both flat and incline bench presses: the backrest is adjustable in six positions. Furthermore, the dip supports allow you to add variety to your workout (variation is essential in strength sports). Dips are also an excellent exercise for training your triceps .

Because the backrest of the power station can be positioned upright, the bench is also ideal for seated dumbbell presses , the ultimate exercise for training the shoulder muscles . Training the shoulder muscles is a very effective way to get a wider look in a short time: this is mainly because this muscle group is relatively free of fat.
