This machine is the complete Gorilla Sports package. It features a weight bench, leg curl, lat pull, and butterfly function, with adjustable weights using a pin. The backrest and barbell supports are also adjustable. Thanks to these features and options, you can train your chest, shoulders, back, arms, and legs.

One of the most popular muscle groups is, of course, the pecs. You can train them in various ways on this machine. The backrest is adjustable in six positions, from flat to incline, allowing you to work your pecs from six different positions. The height-adjustable barbell supports, which can hold up to an impressive 250 kg (550 lbs), offer additional versatility! You can also specifically train the pectoralis major with the butterfly function, which can be adjusted with a pin (45 kg total).
The lat pull function is ideal for performing the lat pulldown. A popular compound exercise that allows you to specifically train the back muscles, and to a lesser extent the biceps and shoulders. This exercise specifically targets the latissimus dorsi, a broad, flat muscle known as the largest muscle in the human body. This exercise is ideal for creating the popular V-shape in your back. The major advantage of the lat pulldown is that you can easily shift your focus by changing your grip (wide, narrow, hands facing or facing away).
Finally, the device also features a leg curl function. This allows you to perform two highly effective leg exercises: the leg curl and the leg extension. The lying leg curl is an isolation exercise that targets the hamstrings (the backs of the thighs). The leg extension is an isolation exercise that targets the quadriceps (the fronts of the thighs).
