BESCHRIJVING

This luxurious fitness bench with an adjustable seat and backrest features a curl rack and a leg curl. These curl functions are easily interchangeable, and the bench can also be used without them. Furthermore, the bench is made of steel, and the backrest can hold up to 200 kg! This multifunctional bench is suitable for training chest, arm, shoulder, abdominal, back, and leg muscles.

Thanks to the adjustable seat and backrest, this fitness bench is multifunctional. The seat is adjustable to 4 heights, and the backrest to a whopping 13 positions! So whether you want incline, flat, or decline bench presses, it's all possible. This way, you can thoroughly train your chest and shoulders. Furthermore, the backrest can hold up to 200 kg and the seat up to 180 kg (both including user weight), allowing you to press a considerable amount of weight.

One of the curling features of this bench is the curl rack. The bicep curl is adjustable to 5 positions and can hold up to 80 kg (176 lbs)! The curl rack specifically allows you to isolate smaller muscle groups, such as biceps, triceps, and forearms. The hamstring is a large muscle that absolutely should not be overlooked in a serious strength program. You can also isolate the quadriceps with leg extensions. The leg extension is a very popular exercise among the "big boys."
