The solid steel ring ensures safe boxing training because, unlike ceiling hooks with a simple or curved open hook, the punching bag chain, and therefore the bag itself, cannot jump out and fall – pure safety. The precision ball-bearing guide reduces rotational forces and ensures a smooth boxing workout.
