This Olympic Swiss Bar, thanks to its unique shape, offers the opportunity to train almost the entire body. Made of steel, it can hold up to 150 kg (330 lbs). It's professional-quality, making it suitable for even heavier workouts. Its 50/51 mm diameter makes it ideal for Olympic weight plates and bumper plates .
This Swiss Bar is specifically designed for powerlifters, but is also very suitable for other athletes. The bar offers a better grip, which in turn allows you to develop explosive power. Because the bar is ideal for use with free weight plates, you can easily progress gradually. By gradually building up your training, you reduce the risk of injury and are less likely to hit your training plateau.
This bar offers three different grip options, including a neutral grip (palms facing each other), which puts less strain on the shoulders. This grip also makes the bar ideal for curl exercises, effectively isolating the biceps and triceps.
