BESCHRIJVING
This is the most versatile cross trainer in our range! You can easily control the machine via an app (available for both Apple and Android operating systems) that connects via Bluetooth. Bluetooth version 4.0 or higher is required. Of course, the machine can also be controlled without a smartphone or app, just like a regular cross trainer.
Display
The illuminated LCD display provides a clear overview and is easy to read, even in dark rooms. All training data is displayed at a glance: time, calories burned, distance, total distance, speed in km/h, wheel revolutions per minute, watts, and heart rate. The controls are kept very simple, making it easy for anyone to use.
Programs and training profiles
Manual program control, 12 fixed training profiles, recovery pulse measurement, 1 free memory space, 4 heart rate-controlled training programs and a constant program offer a high degree of variety and thus always ensure new motivation.
Natural walking movement
Unlike most front-wheel drive ellipticals, which offer a more rounded running motion, the CX 7.8 is designed to closely mimic the natural running motion. This is ensured by a stride length of approximately 58 cm and a step-over height of approximately 19 cm.
Joint-friendly training
Cross training is already one of the most joint-friendly forms of exercise, as it doesn't put any impact on the knees. The CX 7.8 clearly excels in this regard, as its ergonomic elliptical motion provides significantly improved relief for the knees and hips.
