60 kg Plastic barbell set consisting of a barbell, plastic weight plates: 4 x 10 kg, 2 x 5 kg, and 2 x 2 kg , and two screw collars. Maximum weight per barbell: 80 kg. The weight plates have 25 mm openings and the bar has a 25 mm diameter.
This barbell set is suitable for the "big three": bench presses, deadlifts, and squats. These three exercises form the foundation of traditional strength training. Supplemented with pull-ups and chin-ups and abdominal exercises (sit-ups, crunches), these exercises are generally more than enough to build strength.
