Looking for the strongest material, yet comfortable to use, and a complete set? Then this 100 kg set is for you!

The barbell is suitable for the "big three": bench presses, deadlifts, and squats. These three exercises form the foundation of traditional strength training. Supplemented with pull-ups and chin-ups and abdominal exercises (sit-ups, crunches), these exercises are generally more than sufficient for building strength.

Looking for more specific training and more variety? Then dumbbells are the perfect choice. Dumbbells allow for countless exercises, allowing you to train virtually every muscle group. To name a few: bicep curls and triceps extensions for your arms, dumbbell presses, upright rows, and lateral side raises for your shoulders, or dumbbell squats for your legs.

The main reason many professional athletes choose to train with free weights, such as dumbbells, is the endless variety and the fact that the body isn't "assisted" by a machine, which restricts its range of motion. Moreover, when training on machines, muscle attachments lag behind in development.

This gripper set (with handy grip openings), with a total weight capacity of 100 kg, is a real asset to any home gym. Buy this set and you'll be all set in one go!
