BESCHRIJVING

With this universal Gyronetics weight bench, you can train almost your entire upper body (chest, abs, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps). The backrest is adjustable in 7 positions, and the barbell supports can hold up to 150 kg. The leg curl is perfect for training your quads and hamstrings.
The weight bench offers you the opportunity to work your chest muscles in several ways, you can do both flat and incline bench presses and You can do chest flyes . Moreover, using dip stands allows you to add variety to your workout (variation is essential in strength sports). Dips are also an excellent exercise for training the triceps .
Because the backrest of the weight bench can be positioned upright, it's also ideal for seated dumbbell presses , the ultimate exercise for training the shoulder muscles .
