BESCHRIJVING

This multifunctional weight bench is both an abs and a barbell bench. The leg rest is adjustable to three positions, and the backrest to four. Ideal for training abs, chest, and shoulders. It has a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg. Made of steel, synthetic leather, and foam.

This multifunctional ab and weight bench is a must-have for any home gym. The downside of many ab benches is their limited versatility: if you want to train your pecs as well as your abs, you usually need a completely different bench. For dumbbell training, you need a sturdy bench that can be adjusted to multiple positions. The multifunctional bench we're featuring today offers the best of both worlds: you can perform perfect sit-ups on it, but you can also do incline, flat, or decline presses.

The Gyronetics Abdominal and Dumbbell Bench in detail:

  • Backrest adjustable in 4 positions
  • Leg rests adjustable in 3 positions
  • Maximum load capacity: 100 kg
  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 120 x 33 x 46 cm
  • Seat dimensions (L x W x H): 31 x 24 x 4 cm
  • Backrest dimensions (L x W x H): 75 x 24 x 4 cm

Fanatic trainers know what we're talking about with terms like incline and decline presses: when dumbbell pressing with the backrest tilted upward (incline), you emphasize the upper part of your pecs more. If you lie on the bench in a decline position (with your head lower than your waist), you'll "engage" the lower part of your chest more. Today's multifunctional bench offers both options, as the backrest can be adjusted to no fewer than eight different positions, including, of course, flat.

If you train your chest at home with weights, dumbbell training is of course safer than bench pressing and still extremely efficient.

The bench is also perfect for sit-ups in the decline position. This way you can also engage your abdominal muscles , which is a good thing, because an upper body with a toned chest should not be marred by a flabby belly or a one pack in the place where your blocks should be!
