BESCHRIJVING
This specially designed weighted vest is extra comfortable and offers exceptional freedom of movement. The weights are sewn into the vest and have a total weight of 10 kg. The vest is a one-size-fits-all design and fastens securely with a sturdy double Velcro closure. Furthermore, the vest is easy to wash by hand.
We're very enthusiastic about "Old School Training": training without the fuss, preferably with your own body weight. With this product, we're taking this form of training to an extremely high level. Strength training

We've now convinced almost all our clients of the benefits of pull-ups and chin-ups (only the truly strong among us can master these exercises). If you do your pull-ups with a weighted vest, you can gradually increase your workout intensity and thus build muscle mass even faster.
But push-ups and dips are also excellent exercises for building strength and muscle mass, especially if you wear the weighted vest during your workout. Do your push-ups with the vest on and your legs elevated, and your chest will be hit just as hard as during a heavy bench press session!
