Sports on holiday, who is so fanatic?

We call it: vacation
The word "vacation" derives from the Latin word "vacationia," which means freedom from obligations: free time. And most of us also exercise in our free time, so you'd think you could just keep exercising on vacation! Of course, it's possible, but do we really want to? And isn't a little rest really good for you? It just depends on what you mean by "rest."
Relaxation and sensation
Resting is very healthy for you, but relaxation isn't just lying on a lounger with a beer in your hand. Somehow, the image has developed that vacation is a free pass for the sea, sun, and drinking. We forget that a hike, or even just a stroll on the beach, is also very beneficial.
Relaxing can also be a great combination with exercise, and probably even works better than downing drinks with music in your ears by a crowded pool. And we know that's very relaxing, but a combination would be most beneficial for your holiday and fitness goals!
And we take with us…
So you can enjoy your vacation and still stay active by hiking, walking, swimming, salsa dancing, playing beach volleyball... There's plenty to do! But if you'd still like to build muscle mass while on vacation, it might be a good idea to find a hotel with a small gym. If that doesn't work out, don't panic. You can always bring your own!
There are plenty of items you can take with you on vacation to challenge your muscles a bit. This way, you can maintain your muscle mass and enjoy your vacation at the same time! Consider resistance bands, a jump rope, an ab wheel, or, if you have a sporty buddy, boxing gloves and hand pads.
Have a nice holiday!
