Go back to old school training

Chin up
These days, many people do pulldowns, but chin-ups seem to have completely forgotten about them. This exercise used to be common, and it really should be done more often again. By doing these exercises, you'll train not only your biceps but also your triceps. So, your entire arms get a workout! This exercise is definitely recommended if you want to gain width.
Dumbbells
Dumbbells are perfect for any workout, but you have to do them correctly. Dumbbell exercises are especially recommended. You'll feel a deep stretch in your muscles. So don't just focus on the weight; pay attention to your form and how you're exercising! Exercises you can do with dumbbells include squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, and bicep curls.
Push-ups
Push-ups are suitable for any workout, and the best part is that you can do them practically anywhere, whether you're training at the gym or at home. Train your chest muscles with push-ups. If you do four sets of about 8-12 reps, you're already well on your way. There are several variations of push-ups you can do. To make them a bit more challenging, you could try diamond push-ups. With these push-ups, you place your hands together and form a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers.
Rotation
Sit on the floor with a medicine ball in your hands. Bend your knees about ninety degrees (want to get more out of this workout? Lift your feet off the floor) and rotate the ball from one hip to the other. While this exercise isn't particularly difficult, it does work a lot of muscles and your coordination. You can make this exercise more challenging by increasing the length or speed of the exercise, or by using a heavier medicine ball.
Work on your summer body now!
There are many old-school exercises you can do, both at home and at the gym. A few old-school exercises have already been mentioned above, but there are tons of different workouts available.
