A year of your life, with Gorilla Sports

Starting last Sunday evening, you can watch the livestreams of "A Year of Your Life" and watch episodes every weekday at 6:20 PM on SBS6. It's the longest-running game show ever; the contestants lock themselves away for a year! So, no gym visits either, and that's why the warehouse is full of Gorilla Sports fitness equipment.

As many as forty participants lock themselves away and stay in a large warehouse. Only basic facilities are available, and to cover maintenance and other necessities, they'll have to do their best on various tasks. If there's not enough money, and things still need to be paid for, then the million-euro prize pool, which everyone is competing for, can be tapped. A difficult choice, as the winner will then go home with less than a million.

Staying at the same location for a year means you can't go to the gym. Luckily, there are fitness equipment ready and waiting in the warehouse. Gorilla Sports has provided this equipment for the participants. There will even be two fitness rooms where you can work out with various sports equipment! Participants in "A Year in Your Life" will be able to stay in shape with equipment including a punching bag, yoga mats, dumbbells, a weight bench and squat rack, a cross trainer, and even an indoor cycling bike.

So the participants can definitely keep working out; all they need is their own motivation to get back out of the warehouse feeling fit. Elimination rounds will eliminate participants, leaving only one winner who will take home the big bucks. Whether that's a million or a little less, it's certainly more than enough to equip their own home with a Gorilla Sports home gym.
