Everything to prevent the flu

1. Sports
Of course, exercise is the number one priority. And the gym is certainly an option, but if you really want to play it safe, it's best to exercise at home or, if the weather is good, outside. Even in the gym, members may already have the flu virus.
Don't know where to start without a gym? Then we have the perfect starter items for you. Think of a set of dumbbells, for example; you can do thousands of exercises with them. Overhead presses, rows, deadlifts, bicep curls... And if you really want to get started, you're better off choosing adjustable dumbbells. Not everyone has the space or money for a large collection of different weights. That's why adjustable dumbbells are the perfect solution!
2. Drawing water
It can't be said often enough: drink enough water! Your body eliminates waste more effectively when you drink enough water. This—you guessed it—makes you less likely to get sick. Aim for at least 2 liters a day. It might sound like a tall order, but once you get into the swing of things, it's not so much at all.
3. Immune system on high alert
Your immune system is a key factor in preventing the flu. To keep your immune system strong, it's important to get enough vitamins. Vitamins are found in healthy foods, but you probably already knew that. But actually eating enough fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats is another matter. That's why many people are now taking vitamin supplements, even though they're not strictly necessary. Try getting enough from your diet first instead of immediately taking the "easy" route. It's both healthier and better for your wallet.
4. Don't stress
While this is sometimes unavoidable, it's still essential. Stress drains your energy, making your immune system vulnerable. So put your feet up or visit the sauna – it works wonders!
